Tu Ux Ku is planned to function entirely off-grid, using proven, region-appropriate systems well suited to the Yucatán environment. For those who wish to go further, Phase Two also offers optional design and construction support—allowing land ownership to transition into a finished home when, and only when, it makes sense.

 For owners who choose to build, Tu Ux Ku offers optional turn-key design and construction services. Our team brings decades of international development experience, with an emphasis on:
